Upon successful payment of your bills, please expect your account to be updated within 1-3 working days.
Different types of bills have different payment rules.

What Happens if I Overpay My Bill?
If your bill is RM45.50 but you pay RM46.00, the extra RM0.50 will be automatically deducted from your next bill.
In the event that you enter incorrect information (e.g., account or phone number) during the bill payment, no refund will be provided if the entered information corresponds to a valid account.
However, if the entered account/phone number is invalid, the transaction will be cancelled and refunded automatically.
